Schools Advisory Service
A completely bespoke CRM and quoting system which manages renewals, automatically re-quotes customers, and provides a self-service functionality for customer to manage claims and issues as they arise. This was a multi-year project which involved a core understanding of their business, its challenges and where improvements and efficiencies could be made.
SAS are a complex business, with a large volume of clients and as such a varied user base from internal sales team, claims departments, and customers accessing the same system. The complexities for this project were in the sheer magnitude of calculations required to perform the automations such as generating and sending invoices.
A cloud-based system was built to meet the requirements of SAS and its customer base which completes complex tasks for automatically quoting one of their customers, letting review and approve the quote, and then automatically invoicing and policy creation.
